its basically patched, once you spend money you get limited, and if we ever got limited your way how would you pay us back the 20$ and what ever money was on the account?

Well I would take paypal but if you are buying a paypal its because you dont have one. And its not patched, this is not call of duty. If you dont believe me dont but that simple the reason you are getting limited is because you are making the mistakes.

i had at least 5 people make me etrade, limited instantly and then idk no why my real bank accounts get limited and i think its because paypal is retarded
