I have seen many of you making and selling E-Trade accounts. And then you all complain that they get limited. Well for 1600 msp or $20 psn card, I will tell you exactly how to make an E-Trade account that will not be limited, It will also be stealth.

If you buy this you agree not to post the information anywhere on this forum or any other place, Sell any paypal accounts or sell the method.

I do not work at paypal and my friend can not just go around doing things like that.

above you said he does and above my post you said depending on whats needed...

they limited my account because of my dads bank is like not wanted there.. aka meriwest for some reason and i would really like my card and paypal money 1mil vbuxs

I thought you ment will my method work to get you your account back. I will not ask my friend to risk his job so I can get vbux lol.
