I'm quite sure that if you buy a Vanilla Visa Gift Card, It would cost $25+$2.99(estimated)= Around $28-30. If you are asking a giftcard, It wouldn't be re-loadable, but prepaid in a way. I'll try buying tommorow coz I'll sell my Google Adword $100 Giftcard to my friend who sells weed online and has an Adwords account!
