Not really since you can only spend the $20 on the PS Store. But you should at least give $13.

You think people doing it for 1.2 million is? When $20 PSN cards go for 5 Million+. That would put it atleast 2.5Million vBux for premium.

I think what he is doing is perfectly fair. Parents will buy their kids PSN Cards. But parents will "NOT" make Outsiders pocket fat. (Meaning they will not give money to a complete stranger).
