For 1400$ I could build you a amd build ity the 1100t, 6970 graphics card, seasonic power supply, forsake 650d, gygabite 990fx ud7 mother board and 8gb patriot RAM. But for sure could tone that down. This would play every game on max

Just a towned down version of what i just posted cheaper mobo, cheaper case, etc etc id keep the same cpu though
