Hey, just thought that I'd let you know that you don't have to call Sony to get it deactivated. You could just email them, so it's easier for you, and you can save yourself some vbux. Good luck! :y:

Theres no point in this. i've called them & e-mail them but they told me they couldn't do anything about it unless i was having my ps3 swapped or something. just to let you know.

Dave at sony told me this is a easy fix all i need to do is call sony read around the internet EVERYONE is entitled to 1 deactivation

hmm. when i e-mailed & called them i got the same response in both telling me they couldn't help. i suppose you could try & maybe they will do it for you. Good luck with it
