Hey guys, I've been (desperately) trying to figure out where this quotation is from, but I can't find it.

I need this for an English essay, and I need to be able to site it properly- meaning I need the name of the book it's from, or a transcript if it's from an interview or a speech.
I'm offering 1,000,000 vBux to anybody who can find it- quite a lot for just a bit of information, so hopefully that's fair.
Thanks guys =D
[EDIT]
Alright, trying to make this clear:
This is quoted several times in different books.
I need where the quotation is originally from, when Napoleon Hill first wrote or said it. Not one of these other books.
