No one will do it for a dollar and 50k vbux is a couple cents so I wouldn't waste your time bumping this thread :p.

Verification is a big process, you can avoid it by creating a Canadian paypal account, or offering at least $5. Haven't seen it done for under $10 for a while though, as it is a big process.
