It's just part of a .rar file, I don't know how it possibly became an executable...

Did you change it? Or was it like that when you downloaded?
I mean, I'm not sure about the exact circumstances, but you can try simply removing the ".exe" and extracting it...

Accidently renamed it to .exe and i renamed it back to a r.03 but it wouldnt convert

I think I got it working -hopefully- uploading it right now
