Most likely it is not a verified PayPal account.

To seller, if you do have a verified, I would suggest Ebay or Craiglist for this and I would jailbreak it and load some cool apps onto it along with music. You can get 50-100 bucks for it that way.

well i consider myself trustworty due to my 1000 plus posts and rep so the money will be sent and recieved before sending the item... i will cover delivery but not to lativia mate sorry.
