Well I can donate the 13 to you.You get on my NGU account and purchase the premium with ur credit card and log on to ur paypal and use the 10$ i gave u and then we are done.

I know but I don't own a credit card or a bank account.See when I try to buy premium on NGU it ask for me to type in Credit card information to verify I own the account.I don't own a Credit card,but I have 13$ on the PayPal account but can't use it w/out a bank account or a credit card.
