$20 PSN Cards sell for an average of 5-6 million, therefore a £20 PSN card is going to be more. £20 = Around $30. Meaning a £20 PSN Card is worth around 7-8 Million.
I don't think 3.2 Million would get you a $20 one these days but you could get lucky, but I cant see you getting a £20 one.
