Basically I used the eTrade Method to unlimit my paypal account about a year ago and stored all the information on my very bad computer (Because I'm poor and that's all I had at the time) Well that computer fried and I lost all of the information including the Account Number to the eTrade bank account, now Pyapal is doing some security thing asking me for my account number that I don't have, I tried to recover the eTrade account didn't work apparently I didn't use a username/password that I normally would (Why? idfk). I tried using entropay but that site keeps saying Document moved [url=]here[/here] that's a blank link but that's pretty much what I was getting because once I clicked the link it redirected me back to the same page and I was like :wtf:, and quit trying that. I don't know any other methids and I can't do any of them from a phone (since my computer fried and I have nothing else) I have 300k vBux so I think including tax I can offer you 250k to unlimit my paypal.
