Yes, its UK. You don't redeem it. It's a gameshare, you go onto my account and download it from there. Do you have a referral thread, so I can check your legit and wont scam me.

I've never done any trading on here before.

However I've been a Member since August 2010.

Check My Rep and Posts - Wouldn't want to throw any of it away.

Also Is there any expiry on the DLC I know you can buy like a yearly membership to Elite does the content expire after then. ?

And no, there is no expiry date, once you have downloaded it, you get to keep it.

Along with the Full Game, there are also 9 paid side characters and modes for the main game. The account also has plenty of other downloads as well...
