(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The PayPal account I have been using got limited but now has the ability to transfer funds to a bank account. I am preferably looking for someone with a pre-paid or top-up card that can receive funds via bank transfer. (Must be UK or US, no exceptions.)

How will this work?
1) You supply me with the details to transfer to your card.
2) I transfer the amount of ($149.27 USD / £91.92 GBP) to your account via PayPal.
3) You send $136 to a PayPal account of my choice, you get to keep the remaining funds.

Just a heads up it might not let you add funds from the card to a different paypal, depends on if it links it to your limited one.

I'm willing to do. I have a bank account and verified PayPal account. I do not, however, have any pre-paid cards or anything of the sort. Let me know if you need me!
