Never been opened before!

Are you sure they were never opened before? In the first picture it looks like the top flap thing(the little flap that goes into the box ot keep it shut) looks torn on the left side and what not....just making sure.
And also, how did you get these for them never to be opened?

It's like the cover of the box, I'll take a new photo to show you what I mean.
Got this headset new but never opened them due to not needing them. (Kinda a waste of money) so selling all the stuff I don't really need/want due to other things I need to pay for
