i bought two 12 months cards from webby few months ago and he's from UK. I was able to use them here in the US. Im not sure but most of them are universal. PSN cards are locked as well.

that what i'm saying not all 12 months are locked but some are i've got 1 that was so the buyer may want to make sure it works 1st is all i'm saying
