I bought some tours at bestbuy and they also have the tm before and after the "by Dr. Dre".
There is really no way of telling if they are fake or not other than the Proof of purchase.

You do know that Best Buy sells more fakes than they do real ones...
Most Best Buys don't purchase them from Monster, so there's a 75% chance they are fake...
