actually some one released and modified .PUP for 4.11 that let you have the ability to install .pkg files but 4.20 theres no JB so you're right

lol you don't even have a jb/cfw you need to understand that all it is a firmware with an install package folder that's he doesn't have the keys that's why nothing works so don't get all excited because it will never work
