I am social engineering a $10-30 Visa to your house for $5. The reason the amount is fluxuated is because some reps are assholes and say we can't do anything but some give it up right away. The company I will be social engineering is Duracell. You really have nothing to worry about with the authorities. I've done this to my house before. I will only do this one(1) time per house. Mine had $15 on it, but just like the OP said, it varies every time he does it. I also got a coupon for a free set of batteries ($20 right there).
