Its mostly your choice and how and what u like in a patch for me my favorite patch is Efthy v9 its simple and quick to access. but theres a lot of good patches out there just look around on the threads you'll probably find one you like

The best patch out there is the one that you make yourself. 1.13 patch making is a peice of cake if you just do a little reading on it...

My Personal Opinion is the new brinkerzHD v3.2 it is amazing and has everything you look for in a great patch
