I am preferably looking for someone with a pre-paid or top-up card that can receive funds via bank transfer. (Must be US or UK, no exceptions.)

How will this work?
1) You supply me with the details to transfer to your card.
2) I transfer the amount of ($63.81 USD)to your account via PayPal.
3) You send $55 to a PayPal account of my choice, you get to keep the remaining funds.
