Oh well I'm pretty sure you cannot do another license transfer for another 4 months; per say your doing the transfer from the account with the dlc. But possibly you can do it from your console now, regardless of the account? So I don't know maybe we can give it a shot.

Well all my dlc was downloaded to my brother's console. I wanted to play minecraft with another account on my console but the other account did not have it so last week I did my license transfer for my gamer tag to my NEW console so all my dlc is on my console now.
