The theme is not for individual sale, you either get the complete site with it, or no theme, it is licensed to codmedia.net.

I would generally be interested in it, if I would get a big large warning when I open the site. I would like to see it in action, up and running. Then we can talk about price.

I have sold the domain, but if you have your own, its fine.
The site has around 30% lounge posts, and 25% of the posts are youtube videos, hence "CodMedia"
