Along with the downgrade my service will include a complete cleaning of your console and a fresh application of thermal paste both which are great maintenance procedures to extend the life of your console by reducing the chances of overheating.
I also provide de-hashing so that you may switch firmwares if you so choose to without fear of bricking due to mismatching hashes panicking the syscon.
I live in the US and can only offer this service to those who also live in the US.
I charge $55 for this service ($40 for the service and $15 to ship it back) and you pay yourself to ship to me.
I accept paypal or cash if you are comfortable with putting it in the box with your console.

Copy into /PS3/UPDATE and try to install from XMB. This should tell you which is the lowest version you can install on your ps3.
