This is rather tempting, and I want to say yes, but I am also considering removing twitter followers from the list, as sometimes you may lose a couple of hundred followers, and I don't want anyone to get angry and accuse me of scamming.

Losing a couple of hundred is fine with me, as long as it isn't a few thousand. So I'll offer 16mil to seal the deal. And if they all unfollow for some reason I would like a refund if that isn't to much to ask for.
