If it is against the rules it's because he knows that everyone with xploder could just start charging people, infact people would be more inclined to buy xploder if this were the case. But the fact is people do it for free and have been for well over a year now and to make money from such a simple process would be an insult.
as a community, payment for resigning saves should be no more than vbux/rep. This is just a cheap way of making some quick $, effectively it's hustling.
