Read below for details:
"Thank you for purchasing Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. This entitlement will allow you to download the Full PS Vita version of the game to your Playstation3, which can then be transferred to your PS Vita. The entitlement will bind to the downloading Sony Entertainment Network account. Once the entitlement has been downloaded, it cannot be transferred.
The item is being licensed to you by Sony Entertainment America and is subject to the Network Terms of Service and User Agreement, this item's use restrictions and other applicable terms located at You must login or register to view this content.. If you do not wish to accept all these terms, do not download this item."
Basically: The game came with "three" discs you see when you put it in: The actual game, the "Disc Benefits" [ PS Vita Download ], and the downloadable manual. I start the "Disc Benefits" on your PSN Account of your choice and hit download on it. It will then register to your PSN Account, which will allow you to download it on your PS Vita (If I am not mistaken)
I have no PS Vita, so I am selling this :p

There was no actual "code" given to anyone. The disc when you put it in, has 3 "discs" you can choose from:
1) The Game
2) Extra Content (Vita Unlock)
3) Downloadable User's Manual
I assume that I'll need to go onto your account that you want it on your Vita with, start the "Extra Content" and go through the process of activating it. It should work like that :p
