What's the site about? What kind of audience are you looking to bring to it?

The website is about technology and gaming. So thats the audience I am looking for. Need members to sign up and contribute, so looking for active users.

Not trying to tell you what to do, but unless you have the same subscribers size will not matter. It will only lower the price. It's still your target audience.

Yeah but out of those 450 subs maybe only 100 will visit the site, and then id say only 10 or so would sign up so it's not worth it, If I pay more for a bigger audience I will get more visitors and therefore more members..... In my opinion anyways:L

Obviously you will get more with a bigger audience, but the ratio of viewers to active members will still be the same.
