Why I need Help/Problem: The problem is that the light is currently light blue but, the mic is not working. I'm resetting the USB and the headset its self, the headset's mic still not working. The sound is perfect, the volume adjust, and muting. If you help me and the headset's mic starts to work i will send 5.00 USD through paypal.

Go to accessory settings>Manage bluetooth settings> Delete your headset. Now just connect your headset back up and it should work now. That happens to me sometimes.

Its an USB. It auto detects it.

Do you know which headset i'm talking about lol?

I got this for Christmas. It stopped working after one game of Black Ops 2. After that i just stopped using a mic and used some crappy ass one. I want this one to be fixed but i can't mail to sony because i don't have to receipt

Just do what I mentioned above. It should fix your problem.

Can't go on skype right now, but did you check the switch on the front of the headset? It has "voice" written at one end and "sound" written at the other, it has to be like in the middle.

If you wear it the left has
Power/Mic Muting
Volume Control
Sound Control
and the Mic.

If you wear it the right has
nothing.
All it says is the name.

I know this guys..
It won't work for my PC either.
Could it be the usb? because if it is i'm prepared to pop it open.
* I just popped it open and nothing seems broken
Also, it wouldn't be working because i wouldn't hear any music.

dude omfg. its not a blue tooth headset.

It is but, it has its own personal bluetooth.

The USB= bluetooth
