No sorry most if not all 30 day trials require a credit card, but i dont have a ps3 so i couldnt get one from the e3 thing

You can get one for free.

Make a NA PSN account. Then head off to Playstation Home and teleport to the E3 virtual booth. Lastly, complete the quests until you are required to do the trivia quiz for PS+ and you will be granted a 1 month PS+ voucher code.

I do have one in stock but I'm giving it to my cousin, sorry.
