Once you have the clip,coverboard and the actual flasher then yes u can. Takes like 20min to downgrade a PS3.

Yes However if you want to dual boot you will need a docking station.

This brings all the stuff needed to downgrade, all thats left out is the sata cable and docking station to dual boot but that is not needed to downgrade.
