I'm just giving you a heads up that you forgot to add tax. Over here in where I live tax is 8.25% so buying the card would cost 32.48 plus if you're sending the money via paypal your paying extra fees either way :/ My advice either get a friends US billing address or ask someone for it as in the end you're paying about $35-$37 for sending the money via paypal and paying taxes. The only time you're not taxed is when you buy it directly on PSN.
