New Disputes Rule (Effective 7/12/13)

As of July 12th, 2013, a new dispute rule is being put into effect. If you dispute anything that is not involved directly on NGU (threads, site pm's, SB PM's) then your dispute will be closed. We will not be dealing with any offsite scams. It is a waste of time, moderator resources. A new community alert section will be added to alert the community of any offsite scammers that happen.
