I have a 120gb slim running 4.50ita dex spoofed to 4.60 never banned still on original cid. It's plug and play I will give you two Ethernet cables, the power cord, av cables and the original usb cable that came with the console. Not sure but, I believe its console banned from gta but I don't know haven't played gta since January.

I can convert it to dex that's not a problem.
