The picture needs to have different elements from PS like shading, different paint brushes, gradients, and the dodge and burn tool. A sunset, sunrise or moonlight would be cool. It needs to look like there was a lot of work put in. Also, there needs to be little negative space. If you look at the examples you can get an idea of what I need done. I would really appreciate if someone would do this for me. As I stated earlier, I WILL PAY. Anything from $20 thru PayPal, maybe extra if its good. Thank you so much for helping!
