WHY so SERIOUS ?

No, ps4 takes 2.5 inch HDDs.

Actually you can. I've got a 4tb 3.5 inch HDD in my ps4. Only problem is that the HDD is outside the ps4 but i really dont mind that.

You simply need a SATA extension cable and a 3.5 inch enclosure. You can get them both for £20 from amazon or you can get a NYKO ps4 data bank which is the best option and thats $40 from amazon too. I posted a tutorial thread - You must login or register to view this content.

Haha oh i agree with you that you can only fit a 2.5 :P all i said is that a 3.5 can work. Im trying to sell here :P

You can still find pretty big 2.5 inch hdds. I really don't see anyone needed more than will fit on a 2.5 inch.
