**Shipping Methods**
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the preferred delivery service of me.
Consoles are shipped using Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate box. Just $16.00 to all 50 US States.
The service includes $200.00 insurance and Signature Confirmation (for delivery safety).

Controllers are shipped using normal Priority Mail service. Just $10.00 to all 50 US States.
The service includes $50.00 insurance.

All other Products are shipped free of charge.

Even though we use USPS, we will ship using any service the customer prefers.As long as the customer agrees to pay total cost of shipping.

**If you require an express shipping service such as Overnight or 2 Day Air, It must be requested when placing your order. Express service prices differ. The customer is expected to pay the total cost of shipping.**



Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within 24 hours, provided the product ordered is not a JTAG or RGH installation. However you should allow 1-3 business days for processing, packaging and shipment of your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by weekends or Holidays.

Packages sent to DuncanKeith MUST require signature on delivery to ensure package safety. DuncanKeith will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages due to your carriers negligence.

You are simply paying for a shipping method and not a guaranteed time of delivery. We ship all packages as soon as we can unless a specific part is required that we do not have in stock and must be ordered. Once the part comes in we will then ship your order per the method you paid for. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. If your order is on backorder you can contact us prior to us shipping it and cancel the order or downgrade the shipping service, only then will we refund the difference in cost.
