Since it's an account with $250, it has less value than a $250 amazon card that can be redeemed on any account.
I would say you could sell it for maybe $150-175

If you know someone that lives in the US, you can buy like 5x $50 Amazon gift cards, ship them to that person's house and sell the 5 codes individually ..
