Not necessarily his fault, yes there is some blame there but there's many people out there who manipulate you, lie, gain your trust, etc. basically play it off. It's hard to tell the difference.
As far as the warranty well you can say you'll offer it but then not actually accept the system. With sites such as eBay or others they can dispute with PayPal with evidence that the listed item said it included warranty etc.
We aren't necessarily saying you are a scam, you seem to have some vouchers. I by all means believe you are legitimate. But the best way to do a transaction this big would be off site. You should consider posting an ad on eBay or another site. It would attract more attention. Can't always count on vouchers to convince others.

Do you have a phone number or YouTube channel or something so I can see the PS3 and how to use it..... I just checked if my PS3 is downgraded able.... It's not ..... The lowest firmware it has is 3.66 would you be willing to trade ps3s? I'll pay shipping I'm from U.S.

Therefore I cannot list on ebay :/ I've gone through 3 paypal accounts since July last year.. .

I can talk on facebook, send video messages with me talking showing you my console's + e3 flasher etc
Sorry I'm not interested in swapping console's, unless it it a downgradable but it isnt.
