I don't really understand what you're trying to say. People sell PSN Codes $20 for like $15. So what's wrong with $40 for $30? I could accept another price as well if someone gives a decent offer. What does their account have to do with anything? These accounts have never been opened on a console. So if they buy, their console will be known as the account's main serial number.
