I have no photoshop skills, and I am asking if someone does, and are willing to help make our photos look pretty awesome. (Also, I have a cat that couldn't be placed in the photo as he kept running around, so I'm asking if someone could put the cat in the picture as well.)

My description of the photo:

It has three dogs in it. They're sitting still, I think they have some red eye flaw in the picture, and above the photo I'd like it to read "WE'RE ADDING ONE TO THE PACK! MARCH 2017!"

The cat, any picture I have of him already, placed in front of the dogs laying down, which the photo is of him laying down. There are baby shoes in front of the dogs. I will provide the picture if willing to help through an email or something, rather than putting it on here. (Or I could just add it here...)
