Post the name of a video game and the console it was on, Ex: Super Mario World (SNES)

The Rules:
1. You must follow the alphabet A-Z, after Z we start over with a new list.
2. Console Games ONLY.
3. No repeating game names, even if they were on different consoles.
4. You have to wait 3 posts untill you can post again.
5. Once there is no more games for a certain letter than we will remove that letter. (but that likley won't happen for a while.)
