You guys have to count to 10 before a Normal Member posts. Staff members can play along as premium or normal members.

Premium count to 10, every time a non-premium posts, it restarts at 1.

Ok, guys. Premium have to count from 1 to 10, normal members stop the count, the whole point is that the non premium have to stop premium members from reaching to 10

e.g.
Premium: 1
Premium: 2
Premium: 3
Normal: 0
Premium: 1
Normal: 0
Premium: 1
Premium: 2
Normal: 0

ETC. NORMAL IS ALWAYS 0! PREMIUM IS ALWAYS 1 MORE THAN WHAT THE PREVIOUS PERSON WAS
