I didn't know the password to the account so I couldn't login so I asked mesmeriize1 the guy who sold it to me for the password. He said he'll look around for, but instead he requested the password and changed it therefore signing me out. I contacted him on skype and kik, but so far he has ignored me since then and I don't know what to do.

He owned the email for the account so he must have signed in and deactivated all consoles which signed me out

Nothing much you can do without disputing it. I don't think Sony like people selling/sharing accounts so your options are very very limited.
