It should be up to you. Non-smoking in bars if and only if the owner delegates that decision. Its the patrons choice to go to that bar.... they will know if its non-smoking.

i find nothing wrong at all with smoking so many people do it and all of our found fathers smoked both tobacco and weed george washington even grew weed.
