(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hellowww everyone i'm making this post as of now, all major gaming companies on next gen are handing out free lawsuits if you are caught developing next gen mods, i know crazy right?

well here are a few:

Activision
Treyarch
Infinity ward
Rockstart

as of now "September, 25th 2018" all or most major companies are trying to sue for next gen modding/services/development of 3rd part programs..
thanks to rockstar and their "take-two" dev team knocking off the largest gta 5 menu back in 2017 some developers got away with campaign/story mode mods. well now others have followed, we lost a developer and all of his menu's today as activision decided they has enough and forced him to take down his site or he would indeed be facing a lawsuit.. for the sake of his server and info i am going to leave his name and other information out of this threat/post. thanks you everyone!

as fare as anyone else is concerd old gen ps3/xbox360 is still going with full development. its ONLY next gen!

I'm not big into modding myself, but it definitely sounds rough

I mean, if you're not looking at doing this on PC where it's literally nearly always okay to do so (instead of waiting for a fucking jailbreak on console) you probably shouldn't be doing it anyway..

You're welcome. Just trying to keep the community informed that way no one else ends up in trouble.

It was starting to take it's toll on ps3 before PS4 release.

Not surprised really, just a shame because I think it's a great way for people to get into scripting/coding while doing something they enjoy.

yes so did i, i thought it would be a fresh start to the real community who started it, every since the exploit came out for ps3 everyone in the world had a jailbreak.
now its over and the sad part is, they wouldn't have done anything about it until the guy started selling his menu's and tools, not even mention you couldn't use the menu's online anyways so they where pointless to buy.

The question to ask oneself is to know if over time this domain will be more lax.

Yeah we lost him good and I know which person you're talking about as well. PS - He also blocked people that if someone mentioned "modding" in my tweet replies or on his mentions.
It's a shame now because now the CoD Community is DED'ED now. Crying

Lawsuits can be made doesn't mean modders will stop if nothing is mentioned then how will they know mods are made?
