I reinstall my Windows 7 OS, so I have to reinstall Save Wizard, but when I enter the activation key, it says: "The maximum activations for Savewizard has been reached. Please uninstall an existing... error code: xxxxxxxx"
This is my only user, I never share it to anyone. My purchase is legit. By the wat, I used to had another problem with activation, but when I asked Save Wizard, they treated me as if I am a thief, a pirate. This is a very disrecpectful behavior to their customer. If someone encountered the same problem, please tell me. Thank you.

Did you use the General Enquiry form on their website? They can be slow to reply but just try to be patient. If they think you own an illegitimate copy of SW basically you're going to need to email them proof of your purchase like PayPal receipt number if that's how you paid. If not then send them screenshots of your credit card transaction, the email you received from them with you activation key. Pretty much anything that can prove you actually purchased it.

Also make sure you have their email address whitelisted in your email as they sometimes get automatically sent to the spam folder. so check that too.

Other than that I don't think there is much you can do from your end.
