1. Cut out being a fanboy. 360 and PS3s are both good. End of.
2. This is a great use of tax payers money... Thats why they dont care. They dont pay for it !

It was probably some extra ammo they had, probably got bored like you or I would and got the clearance to have fun. Can't blame 19 year olds for wanting to have fun. Would you care about taxpayers if you were the marine shooting? I think risking their lives = the money for those bullets.
