I'm thinking about upgrading because in all the time I've had this printer, it's never printed pictures or anything in color. I have always had new cartridges but, the color is never used. When I try to print a picture, it goes through the printing process but the paper comes out blank. I figured it'd be best to just upgrade but don't know where to start. I only use the printer to print forms for different government programs I'm in, eBay shipping labels and things of that nature. But, there are times, once in a blue moon, that I need to print a picture or something with color.

I think the best option or suggestion is going to a computer store to see what works best for you. I don't know what your budget is which is none of my business but I think doing that as a start would be best. Same time your gathering more information for both computer and printer in my opinion
